One of the things I really love about the ADU journey. So, let's pretend your parents live 10 minutes away. You see them once a week. >> Okay. >> It's 52 times a year. If you live next door, it's 365 times a year. Extrapolate that out over 10 years. >> Yeah. >> That's a lot [music] of family time. >> It's a lot, and I love that the play set is right here. They can just play at both houses. >> Yeah. >> That's awesome. Family time. >> of this, right? Is you're right there. So, "Hey, come on over. We want to have coffee or whatever." Right? Now, what I say to people is if you're if you live 10 minutes away, >> Yeah. >> right? It might as [music] well be 2 hours. >> Yeah. >> Cuz you're not going to see them every day.
